Educational Qualification : The candidate must have minimum 3 (three) 1st division/ class having no 3rd division/ class in any examination.

Age : Age should not exceed 30 years as on August 18, 2010.
Other Qualifications : The candidate should be a Bangladeshi National. The candidate should have introduction to computer literacy. The candidate should have willingness to work in any part of the Country.
