Customer Service Executive - Call Center (Dutch Bangla Bank)




Job Requirements for : Customer Service Executive - Call Center.


Job Responsibilities : 24 hours call center roster duty.

Type of the Service : Contractual with opportunity to become permanent based on performance.

Educational Qualification :  Masters in any discipline having no third division/class in any examination. GPA/CGPA less than 3.00 in SSC & HSC and less than 2.50 in O’ Level/A’ Level/Bachelor/ Masters degree will be considered as third division/class.

Experience : At least 6 months experience as a call center agent/Supervisor.

Age : Maximum 30 years of age as on 31st July, 2010

Other Requirements : The candidate should be a Bangladeshi national. The candidate should have introduction to computer literacy.
